1	Trainee	8-14	$150	M-T-W
This is the lowest form of construction workers. It’s manual labor only at this time.
2	Newbie	8-14	$200	M-T-W-Th-F
You operate a shovel and rake. You also carry bricks and materials to yard hands.
3	Yard Hand	10-16	$250	M-T-W-Th-F
It’s hard work in the yard. You have to order and organize materials and equipment needed for the job.
4	Yard Manager	8-18	$350	M-T-W-Th-F
Alright. You manage daily operations of the Yard. You also watch over The Yard Hand's activities and progress. If you do your watch well you can go out to the field.
5	Site Worker	8-18	$500	M-T-W-Th-F
The most skilled work is needed on the site. That’s why it’s you who operates light equipment and constructs buildings.
6	Site Manager	8-18	$600	M-T-W-Th-F
As you were first a Site Worker you are now a Site Manager. The site manager has to manage the site (obviously). You have to watch over the site workers. You oversee daily progress and it’s your job to keep things running smoothly.
7	Materials Deliverer	9-19	$800	M-T-W-Th-F
As you have a lot of experience on the site and the field, you are now the one who delivers materials to the site or yard. You know how to keep things running smoothly so you can place materials strategically on the site to speed up work.
8	Operator	7-17	$1000	M-T-W-Th-F-Sa
You have handled the small things and now it’s time for to operate the heavy machinery and other equipment needed. You prepare the site and you erect most of the project.
9	Architect	8-18	$1200	M-T-W-Th-F-Sa
You have managed to collect a lot of ideas while you were at the site. You design buildings for the company's customers. You have to make sure designs are structurally sound and up to all applicable building codes
10	CEO (Chief Executive Officer)	10-16	$1500	M-T-W-Th-F-Sa
Everybody has to call you boss now and you can order people around to get some coffee (milk + 2 sugars). You are the owner of the business and you oversee everyone else in the company.
