This is a decorative object from The Sims 4 Romantic Garden SP called The Folly of Lady Chloris for The Sims 2. I edited the BHAVs to allow sim intersection, because it's a pretty big object, and it's meant for sims to go underneath. It's found in decorative/sculpture and costs 1,500 simoleons. Enjoy!
