This will make the plastic surgery machine sellable in Open for Business businesses. Note that you can only place, and they aren't restockable (like my cowplant mod found in the post below this one). It is much easier to get them by unlocking the career reward using cheats or insimenator career adjuster than by getting your sim to reach the top of the Show Biz career. Enjoy!
