The Sims 2 - A Seasonal Tree (1a)

This is a seasonal tree. It will change colours for each season (winter is bare). Even if you do not have Seasons, it's still base game compatible, and will show up with just the summer texture. The seasons pictured are top left - summer, top right - autumn, bottom left - winter, bottom right - spring. The price is 390 simoleons. It's found in build mode/garden center/trees. Enjoy!

  1. Hi! I love your conversions, and I wanted to learn how to do a job as incredible as yours. Could you send me links where they teach you how to convert objects from ts4 to ts2? Or can you please explain a little about it to me please? I wanted to learn at least the basics, how to convert decorative objects, which I think is easier. And also objects a little more difficult, such as televisions, sofas, refrigerators, things that the sim can interact with. I really don't know anything, but the little I do know is that I will need The Sims 4, but my computer is old and I can't play it. But I think what matters is that Sims4Studio can read the files, so I think I can still convert. Thank you very much and any help is welcome! <3

  2. Yes, of course. I created two video tutorials on converting from The Sims 4.
    Part One - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Zym4lCKqh4
    And Part Two - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7wpjJKOU_4&t=9s

Hopefully these should be of some help to you. These go into meshing and converting objects. I might redo them at some point, because the picture quality isn't great.

The way I learned to mesh was that I had a friend who taught me how step by step. This was before Sims 3 came out, so she didn't go over converting, that was pretty much self-taught. Hope the tutorials help.

  3. Thank you! I will see the tutorial. I was following a tutorial by Keoni here: https://keoni-chan.livejournal.com/36034.html
But some things didn't happen like the tutorial. As when exporting the mesh to Blender. The object I chose in Sims4Studio was bug-free, completely normal, but in Blender it turned blue. I also had some problems with SimPE because I don't understand about it. I will watch your tutorial and see if I can <3

  4. I just finished a remade version of the tutorial I think you'd like. A hint also, if you want to recolor your custom object, select open in the recolor screen in SimPe. https://youtu.be/qdLT25JpT6g
