This is the generator called Household Power Generator for The Sims 2, and the 3 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. All of the colours are self-contained in the same package as the mesh. It's found in decorative/sculpture, and costs 1,465 simoleons (the same as the Sims 4 price). Enjoy!
