This is the wall decoration from The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs called Wall Mounted Captain's Wheel for The Sims 2, and the 6 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. All of the recolours are self-contained in the mesh package. The price is 200 simoleons, the same as the Sims 4 version. Enjoy!
