This is the fireplace from The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle called Modern Industrial Fireplace for The Sims 2, and the 7 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. All of the colours are self-contained in the mesh package. It's found in appliances/miscellaneous, and costs 1,065 simoleons. Enjoy!
