This is the sign from The Sims 4 Snowy Escape called Today's Special Sign for The Sims 2, and the 8 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. All of the recolours are self-contained in the same package as the mesh. It's found in decorative/wall art and costs 120 simoleons (the same price as Sims 4). Enjoy!
