This is the sign from The Sims 4 Snowy Escape called Yukimatsu Info Board for The Sims 2, and the 3 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. All of the recolours are self-contained in the same package as the mesh. The Sims 4 version had no price, so I gave it my own price of 75 simoleons. It's found in decorative/sculpture. Enjoy!
