Someone asked me for this a while back, and I was sure it was lost until I found it today. I had never uploaded it here. Now, before you start to ask for a list of a bunch of Sims 1 to Sims 2 conversions, you should note that this is not a conversion. It is a recreation. Most of the objects in The Sims 1 are not meshes, so you can't convert them, you have to make a brand new object. As for the rest of them which are meshes, I don't know how or have the desire to learn to do Sims 1 to Sims 2 conversions. So, this will probably be the only one here. It's found in lighting/table lamps and costs 95 simoleons, the poly count is 902. Enjoy!
