This is the roof vent from The Sims 4 base game called Boxy HVAC Roof Vent for The Sims 2. There were no recolours of this object, so I included only the default colour. It goes best atop flat roofs, but can also be placed on the ground for an outdoor unit. The price is 485, found in decorative/sculpture. The poly count is 344. Enjoy!
