This is the hat from The Sims 4 Base Game called Tudor for The Sims 2, and the 5 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. The hat is an accessory. It is multi-layerable, so sims can wear these hats with glasses or other accessories. It's found in glasses. It's wearable by young adult, adult, and elder men only. It can be worn in all clothing categories. It looks kind of like a pimp hat to me, but I guess it could also work as medieval. Enjoy!
