The Sims 2 - Buyable BV Starfish Collectable

This is a very pretty starfish collectable from Bon Voyage, made buyable. Bon Voyage is required. As you can see, it fits in Bon Voyage and AL shelving. There was no need for me to make it sellable as well, because it is already sellable in OFB businesses. I'm sure there may be other collectables, but I wasn't able to find any. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Beach Party Dining Chair Add On (SSN Required)

In my gameplay today, I noticed that the Tiki dining set only comes with a dining table and a barstool, but not a dining chair. I needed a dining chair, so I made my own. This is repository linked to the Seasons barstool called Beach Party Barstool, so Seasons is required. It is found in seating/dining chairs and costs 295 simoleons (the same price as the barstool). Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - The Sims 3 Store Grotto Geo Hot Tub For The Sims 2

This is the hot tub from The Sims 3 July 2013 set called Grotto Geo for The Sims 2. There are a few routing issues I can't fix with my knowledge of creation. Sims will walk through the back, and appear to walk on water upon entry and exit of the hot tub, but it can be overlooked because sims spend most of their time in the hot tub anyway. The price is 4,500 simoleons. Enjoy!
