The Sims 2 - 70's, 80's, 90's Stuff Industrial Plant UnPotted
I noticed the other day while playing I had this plant I made a while back, and I thought hey this would look neat UnPotted. So I decided to do that, and I thought it would look even nicer with a bump map added so I added one, which is really something new I learned. Before, I never had a computer that could handle bump maps so I never was able to test them. Now, with better graphics, I can see that I was going about it all wrong, and that something else extra needed to be done. So I skimmed back over Pixelhate's TXMT tutorial and found all the answers I needed. This is found under bushes and costs 25 simoleons. This is just a decorative bush, it won't become overgrown if sims don't tend to it, and sims cannot garden it. Also as a result unfortunatley, plantsims cannot talk to it. I had to do it this way, because none of the base game bushes that I could find were recolorable or designable in game even with CEP, and I'm no expert on CEP add-ons. Included are the mesh and 2 recolors to match my previous set. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - BG Plants meet Convex Stoneware GLS Required
This was originally requested by Michelle as the large flower arrangement from Nightlife EP to fit in the Convex Stoneware bowl that comes with Glamour Life Stuff. I however, thought it would be more practical to do the Base Game plants like that because it really should be repository linked, and the less EPs it requires the better. Instead, I decided to compromise and bring you some fitting Base Game plants as well as the Nightlife plant. Since they are repositoried, none of the plants are recolorable, you must recolor the Maxis plants or the Maxis Convex Stoneware for any recolors to show up. All default Maxis color choices will show up in these as well as any custom recolors of the plants or the convex stoneware bowl you have in your downloads folder. All of the plants require Glamour Life Stuff, the large flower arrangement requires Glamour Life Stuff and Nightlife. All of the plants function as a valid centerpiece meaning that sims will not hold their plates and push their chairs away from the table when eating. I've also added a line to the BHAVs to make them fit on Apartment Life shelving, and as an added bonus they will also fit on the Bon Voyage shelf (I learned how to do that today). All of the plants are found in decorative/plants and cost 200 simoleons. One thing you should know about the Nightlife plant is that the thumbnails for the flower are invisible, and there are extra recolors of the same thing for some reason (in my game at least). Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - World Adventures Lotus UnPotted
This is The Sims 3 World Adventures lotus plant UnPotted. The flowers have a dead state, so you have to water them or they will turn faded dark colors and grow weeds. Included is the mesh and 4 recolors. You can find the half wall here and the tree in the background here, the rest of the items shown are Maxis. Enjoy!

This is yet another thing that was on the old site, that I thought had been restored, but had not. In the original upload, there were no recolors, so I decided to make some extra recolors for you to enjoy. The original Calla Lillies mesh was potted and is from The Sims 3 base game. I never made a potted version, because it has already been done so many times before. The flower mesh and all recolors have a dead state, so you need to water them or they will turn faded dark colors and get weeds. Enjoy!

The Sims 3 - Nana Tree UnPotted for TS3 CASTable
This is the Sims 3 version of my recent unpotted nana tree from Sims 2 Bon Voyage. It is NOT animated (because I don't make near enough to get that confounded speedtree needed for editing TS3 plants) but it is fully CASTable with 3 channels. It's found under build mode/shrubs. There are three default color/pattern choices which are shown below along with the raw RGB control texture applied in game. Enjoy!

This is The Bon Voyage Nana Tree UnPotted. It is repository linked from the original Nana tree, so Bon Voyage is required. You cannot recolor this item, instead you will need to recolor the Nana tree in order for recolors to show up in this. Any recolors of the Nana tree you have in your downloads folder will show up in this as well. It's found in build mode/shrubs (bushes) and costs 100 simoleons. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - The Sims 3 World Adventures Palm UNpotted in 3 sizes
All of the palm trees are repo linked from the medium sized one. You need the medium sized one in your downloads folder in order for the textures of the other 2 to show up. To recolor, you should recolor the medium sized one, and recolors will show up in the other 2. I hope you enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Default Replacement UNpotted Rubber Tree (For use with Visitor Controller)
This is something that was requested by my good friend Nonni a while back, and I'm finally able to do it. Since TwoJeffs made the visitor controller based off of the Maxis rubber plant, the mesh wasn't included. So it dawned on me to just make a default replacement of the Rubber Plant mesh to make it UnPotted to fit in with a Medieval theme. Also another use for it, if you really hate the pot (I know I detest it anyway and I don't usually play Medieval games) it's also a nice non-watering decorative plant for you to enjoy. Found in decorative/plants TwoJeff's visitor controller is found in Misc/Misc as always. cost is the same as the Maxis rubber plant for the plant, and the same as TwoJeff's cost for the Visitor Controller. I didn't change anything about the visitor controller, it's all a Maxis default replacement. Poly count is 476. Enjoy!
