The Sims 2 - Constance's Bed & Breakfast (BV Hotel Lot)

Inspired by New England bed & breakfast hotels. 4 bedroom 4 bath, dining area and full kitchen down below, hot tub and ice skating rink in the back, fireplace upstairs and easel. Also a few bookshelves for good measure. This lot requires every EP and Mansion and Garden, Celebrations, Teen Style, and Kitchen and Bath SPs. Enjoy!
