This is the 'Buoy' from The Sims 4 Island Living EP,
converted to the Sim 2, mesh only has 1 texture. It was
cloned from the Seasons 'Umbrellas of the Water'.
It will float on a pond and if you use "moveObjectsOn"
you can place it in a swimming pool or on land.
This is not base game compatible, Nightlife is required!
Found: Buy Mode > Decorative > Miscellaneous. Price: §25.
