This is the fireplace from The Sims 4 Paranormal Stuff called Curiously Crafted Fireplace for The Sims 2, and the 10 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. There are 5 slots for placing decor. The default 3 slots on top, and 2 added slots near the bottom on the left and right. The right one is not shown in the pictures. It's found in Appliances/Miscellaneous and costs 1,200 simoleons.
