This is the decorative plant from The Sims 4 Paranormal Stuff called Palm Reader's Palm Tree for The Sims 2, and the 9 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. All of the recolours are self-contained in the same package as the mesh. It's found in decorative/plants and costs 380 simoleons. Enjoy!
