The Sims 2 - Boxdale Ave (Jon's House)

This is a fairly accurate recreation of my own home that I have been living in for almost 3 years, and currently live in. It is a one story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We don't have many amenities, so I didn't add anything (except for the TV in the living room, which we don't have anymore). There is a juicer (I have a blender) and a coffee machine. There are 2 decorative washing machines in the laundry room. These are custom and are included. My roommate across the hall actually has a TV in his room, but it's on his dresser, and I didn't have the slots for it. There is a custom laptop in my room (I believe the laptop does not have extra options like blog about or browse web for, just a head's up). There is a backyard smoking area, and of course sims don't smoke. If you make a meal for the household or guests, sometimes they will go out back to eat. If you don't want this to happen, just delete the outdoor dining stuff. The house has full alarms (fire over the stove, and burglar on all exits). The phone is in the kitchen near the laundry room. EPs were used to create this house. It is recommended that you use the Sims2Clean Installer found here  to get rid of EP content you don't have. If you have all the EPs no need to worry.The default replacement mailbox is not included, but you can download it here . Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Bella Donna Cove's Hidden Lot Placeable In Any Neighborhood

If you're not aware, Apartment Life's neighborhood Bella Donna Cove has a hidden lot called Watervista Palace that is only viewable with a camera mod. It is playable, but it's detached from the rest of the neighborhood, and it's only available in Bella Donna Cove, plus you have to have the camera mod in order to even see it. I've packaged this lot so you can play it with any neighborhood. I think it goes great with the Apartment Life magic theme. I believe the only EP required is Apartment Life, but there could be more. It's packaged with Sims2pack clean Installer, so if you don't have the right EP furniture or build mode items, they will be removed. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Stylish Starter

Who says starters have to be meager or spartan? Now your Sims on a budget or just moving into the neighborhood can live in style all under §20,000. This lot requires every EP except for University, and IKEA Home, Kitchen and Bath, and Mansion and Garden SPs. Only custom content is my 70's, 80's, 90's Stuff TV for the Sims 2 found here. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - 6151 Richmond St. Miami, FL (Golden Girls Home) No CC

I came across a really cool website with the floor plans to famous TV shows and movies, and I saw something there I couldn't resist making for The Sims 2. The home of Blanche Deveraux, Dorothy Zbornak, Sofia Petrillo, and Rose Nylund. Also known as The Golden Girls. Pretty much everyone has seen or at least heard of this show. If you haven't, go ahead and stay under that rock you live in. In the 1980's these saucy seniors shared lots of laughs, tears, and cheesecake. Had romantic rendezvous on their lanai, and just plain made us giggle. This lot requires only Nightlife, Kitchen and Bath Stuff, Apartment Life, and Mansion and Garden. No CC. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Residential Lot Norwolf (Base Game Compatible, No CC)

Finally, after all these years I'm able to use the Any Game Starter. I'm really stoked about that. Now my lots won't be so EP/SP heavy from now on. Since I have Any Game Starter, I thought I'd share a residential lot that requires no EP or SP. Fully furnished and decorated inside and out. Enjoy!

At just under §20,000 your vintage sims can enjoy relaxed living. Perfect for a single sim or a couple with popularity aspiration. Great for entertaining. Not all starters have to be meager! The Sims 2 - Grammie's Cottage (Residential Lot)

Elders are one of my favourite age groups to play. They remind me of my own grandparents who have since passed on. This lot is something that I picture a little old widow woman living in. There is a fire alarm in the kitchen, but it's on the far wall not seen in the screenshot. This lot requires every EP and Ikea Home, Teen Style, Kitchen and Bath, Celebrations, and Mansion and Garden SPs. The only pieces of CC are TS3 Generations Tiffany Lamp for The Sims 2 and Teeny Tiny Palm. Enjoy!
