The Sims 2 - H&M Library

 I've taken the H&M Sim City building, and turned it into a community lot library. I took out everything I could find that resembled a clothing store, and replaced it with things you'd find in a regular public library. I think it's more fitting as a community lot than a clothing store with hacks and mods that allow us to buy clothes from home. Now sims can go out and find a relaxing place to read, buy magazines, or drinks or snacks. I haven't changed much, just took out the clothing store items, and replaced them with book cases, and computers. It's best if you have all the EPs and SPs, if you don't you can install this with the Clean Installer found here to remove EP or SP content you don't have. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Smoker's Outpost (Ashtray for Community Lots)

This decorative ashtray is specifically in mind for community lots, but can be placed on residential lots as well. Included is the mesh (black) and two recolours (beige, and white). Price is 40 simoleons found in decorative/sculpture. Enjoy!

Included are all Maxis Hobby lots from Freetime and the Good and Evil Witch lots from Apartment Life. They are all community lots. The AnyGameStarter was not used in the creation of these lots, so without use of The Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer they may require every EP except University, and Mansion and Garden SP. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Crimson & Clover - Community Lot for Weddings

This lot is somewhat loosely based off of the lot my brother got married on. It's just strictly based from memory and it was in fall of 2009, so it's been quite a while. I do remember the male groom quarters being a lot less eloquent than the bridal part of the lot (of course I never went up in the bridal chambers myself, but there were pictures, though I was in the downstairs area).

This lot has an area for sims to get married, with chairs set up along the path to the wedding trellis, an area for dining with a buffet table, wedding cake, and juice toasting set as well as dining chairs and tables, and of course the bridal chambers for the bride and maids of honor, and the groom's changing room for the groom and groomsmen. There is also a lower common area for the guests of the wedding party in the bridal chambers.

This lot has no CC, but does require several EPs and SPs. Here they are: EPs - University, Nightlife, Open For Business, Pets, Freetime, Apartment Life. SPs - Celebration Stuff, Glamour Life Stuff, Kitchen and Bath Stuff, Teen Style Stuff, Ikea Home Stuff, and Mansion and Garden Stuff. Enjoy!
