The Sims 2 - No Autonomous Play Computer Games

 This will stop Sims from playing computer games on their own when freewill is turned on. You can still direct Sims to play computer games, but this stops them from doing it automatically. This works on any game Sims can play on computers only. It doesn't work on console games played on a TV. It works for all Maxis computers, and it works on custom computers as well. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - No Autonomous Play Pool (Updated)

This mod will stop sims from automatically playing pool. They can still play pool if you direct them to. Also, guests will not play unless a playable sim whom you directed to play invites them to play. Enjoy!

Updated October 2nd, 2021 to make visitors and playable sims no longer autonomously perform trick shots. The only thing that visitors are now allowed to do autonomously is watch. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Guests Stay Off My Pianos + No Autonomous Perform

This mod will prevent guests from performing on your sim's pianos. I've also made it so playable sims will no longer automatically perform. You can still direct playable sims to perform, but they won't do it on their own. As for guests, they are forbidden from performing on the pianos. If you have base game, but don't have Bon Voyage, download the base game version. If you have Bon Voyage, you should download the Bon Voyage version. The Bon Voyage version also includes the base game file. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - No Autonomous Throw Darts

This mod will stop sims from automatically playing darts. You can still direct your sim to play darts, but this will stop them from doing it on their own. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - No Autonomous Soak In Hot Springs (BV Required)

This mod will stop sims from automatically getting in the Hot Spring that comes with Bon Voyage. Sims can still get in the hot tub directed by the player, but this mod will stop sims from doing it on their own. The hot spring can be found in Hobbies/Recreation. Bon Voyage is required, because this is where the hot spring comes from. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - No Autonomous Use Logic Puzzle (Freetime Required)

The logic puzzle is a Rubik's Cube type puzzle that sims whip out when they have reached high levels of science hobby enthusiasm in Freetime. It's very annoying, and doesn't serve any real purpose. This will stop sims from autonomously doing this, thereby nixing the interaction altogether. This conflicts with several of my other person global non autonomy mods, so I've also included them in this package as well. Included are: No auto primp, toss football, birdwatch, and jump rope. Freetime is required, because this is where the logic puzzle comes from. Big thanks to Michelle for helping with the screenshot. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - No Autonomous Gussy Up

Well, Merry Christmas everyone! I sincerely hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas Day. Today I have a new (non Christmas themed) mod for you all it's no autonomous gussy up. Sims with higher neatness personality will be more drawn to autonomously gussy up than other sims, and it's very annoying. This will stop sims from automatically gussying up in all mirrors (should work on custom mirrors as well). You can still direct sims to gussy up, but it stops them from doing it on their own. Enjoy!

This mod will stop sims from automatically tossing the football. You can still direct sims to toss the football by clicking on another playable sim, but they won't do it on their own. This mod will conflict with my no autonomous jump rope, and primp found on this site, so I've also edited the package to include those interactions as well. The Sims 2 - No Autonomous Primp

This is another minor annoyance in gameplay that I wanted fixed for the longest time, and was finally able to do today. This will stop sims from automatically primping. They can still be directed to primp, but this mod stops sims from doing it on their own. This will conflict with my no autonomous jump rope mod, so I also edited the jump rope function in this package, so you can still have no autonomous jump roping together with this mod. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - No Autonomous Jump Rope (AL Required)

This mod will stop sims from automatically jumping rope. They can still jump rope if you select the sim and direct them to. This stops them from doing it on their own. This really annoyed me personally, because who just drops everything and starts jumping rope? It really helps my gameplay seem more realistic. Apartment Life is required, because this is where the interaction comes from. Enjoy!

I had been meaning to share this for quite a while, but couldn't find the right starting point, but I finally figured it out, and got it working. This mod will stop sims from automatically writing in their diary. This is something that always bugged me when playing University especially. First off, I have to say this mod may have been done before. Freetime is a very old game, and I'm sure there are a lot of mods out there for it, but there is not this mod on my site, and this is the first time I've made it. This will stop sims from automatically bird watching when they enter a lot (or any other times sims autonomously bird watch). Sims can still bird watch if you click on them, but they won't do it if left to their own devices. Freetime is required, because that is the EP this interaction comes from. I have always wanted to make this almost since Freetime came out, and tonight I finally found the right file to edit, so I'm personally pretty excited about this. Enjoy!
