These are items from The Sims 3 Store Loft set in the July 2013 update of the store. Included in the set are a Freetime compatible bookcase, a desk, a dining chair, a coffee table, a loveseat, and an end table that looks like a safe, and recolours of the coffee table and loveseat. The Sims 2 - The Sims 3 Store Grotto Geo Hot Tub For The Sims 2

This is the hot tub from The Sims 3 July 2013 set called Grotto Geo for The Sims 2. There are a few routing issues I can't fix with my knowledge of creation. Sims will walk through the back, and appear to walk on water upon entry and exit of the hot tub, but it can be overlooked because sims spend most of their time in the hot tub anyway. Included in the set are a fireplace, a dining table, a dining chair, a floor cactus, and a wall sombrero, and recolours of the fireplace, dining table, and dining chair from the May 2012 Sims 3 Store set. The fireplace is found in appliances/miscellaneous and is functional. The price of the fireplace is 1,300 simoleons, the price of the dining table is 275 simoleons, the price of the dining chair is 200 simoleons, the price of the cactus is 160 simoleons, and the price of the sombrero is 100 simoleons. The Sims 2 - The Sims 4 'Panels of Perfection' converted to the Sim 2

This is the 'Panels of Perfection' from The Sims 4 Seasons EP, converted to the Sim 2.
This mesh has 1 recolourable subset 'Painting' and includes all 15 original TS4 pictures.
(big thanks to Jon for extracting the files for me).
The end table used in my screenshot is not available at this time, sorry. 

This is not base game compatible, Nightlife is required!

Found: Buy Mode > Decorative > Wall Hangings.  Price: §200.

The Sims 2 - The Sims 3 Inspired Meals

Included are Ratatouille and Goopy Carbonara. These meals were in The Sims 3, but are not conversions from Sims 3. They are not the meshes and textures from Sims 3. These are actually based on real life foods (except the carbonara is  not called Goopy Carbonara). I got the textures from images of the real  life foods. They are available for lunch and dinner only. The same cooking skill for chili con carne is needed for Ratatouille and the same cooking skill for spaghetti is needed for Goopy Carbonara. Only English and English (U.K.) translations are provided. Enjoy!
