The Sims 2 - No Deformation Chance From Dr Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon
The plastic surgery machine is a career reward from The Sims 2 University with the Show Business career. There is a 20% chance that sims will get a deformed face when using this. I have lowered it to 0. This mod may or may not work with the buyable plastic surgery machine found on MTS. Enjoy!
