The Sims 2 - Neighborhood Map Smiley City

I only made one neighborhood map other than this one in all my years of creating. I really had the urge today to create another one, so I did. This neighborhood map has roads in the shape of a smiley face. There is no water in this neighborhood. You can place any sized lots in this neighborhood. You can see the entire neighborhood without neighborhood camera mods. The terrain is also completely flat. Please note that this does not go in the downloads folder. Place this file in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4 Terrains. Enjoy!
