The Sims 2 - TS3 Store Geisha Sculpture as Gnome + Extra Functions
I saw this beautiful little geisha sculpture in The Sims 3 Store, and even though she's not advertised as a gnome, I thought the mesh and texture would be perfect for a gnome. She's cloned from the base game gnome, so sims can kick and steal her. Also, I've added new BHAV interactions. She can be placed on any surface (although for some reason I can't get her to go on the floor inside), and will function as a valid centerpiece (meaning sims won't push their chair away and hold their plates in their hand if she is placed in the center of a dining table while eating). I also (very soon) plan to update my Ambitions Gnomes, Showtime Gnomes, and Leprechaun Gnome as well as all of the gnomes from every TS3 EP to date to allow the same functions. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - TS3 Store Yang Modern Living Chair for TS2 - Lots of Design Options!
This is The Sims 3 Store Yang Modern living chair for The Sims 2. I've broken the mesh down to two meshes, one for the frame, and one for the cushion. I've also included 4 recolors of the frame and cushion, for plenty of design of options. Unlike most of my meshes, this one does have a groundshadow, however shadows look very strange in my game with my graphics card so I turned them off when taking pics. Enjoy!
The Sims 2 - Personal Trainer Career
This is something I made a very, very long time ago, even before TheNinthWaveSims.org. I found it today on zoomshare because I had uploaded it there for another simming site (now dead) that required fileshare links. So now I'm bringing back the personal trainer career. I may also bring back some of my other old careers soon too. This career has full chance cards completed. Here is a run-down of career levels and job descriptions:
Gym Janitor
As a gym janitor, it's your job to sweep and mop the gym floors before and after each busy period at your local gym. Be sure to keep up you're cleaning skills to receive a promotion.
Coach
You are coaching all sorts of sports at the local community center. Be sure to keep up your body skills and your fitness enthusiasm to succeed in this career!
Fitness Trainer's Assistant
You are the assistant to the fitness trainer. It's your job to spot the person working out, and bring them water, fitness drinks, and fresh towels, while the trainer gives them advice on how to buff up.
Fitness Trainer
The life of a Fitness Trainer involves working one on one with the customers who come in the gym, to help keep them lean and buff. Increase your fitness enthusiasm, and drink plenty of instant meals and fitness drinks to keep yourself physically fit.
Gym Manager
As a gym manger, it's your job to focus on running a successful gym. You are in charge of all the employees of the gym. You will also be giving private workout sessions to those who have enough simoleons.
Fitness Video Trainer
A Fitness Video Trainer's job is to go on camera and show sims at home how to workout properly. Be sure you workout on the treadmill at home so that you can look good on camera. No one wants to see a flabby workout trainer trying to tell them how to look good!
Local Television Gym Show Host
You are Local Television Gym Show Host. You will be appearing on Fit Intensity on the television station run by your neighborhood. You will be showing people some of your favorite workout routines, as well as taking calls, and answering questions having to do with fitness.

You are in the limelight! All the fitness enthusiasts in Sim City watch your show Getting Lean. You've gained quite a status in the fitness community as well. Soon you will be at the top of your game!
Celebrity Trainer
It's your job to be the personal trainer to the stars! You are living up. Fancy cars, nice houses, schmoozing with stars. You really do have the perfect body, and the stars of Sim City want to look just like you!

The Sims 2 - Lighty Furnished Homes After all Sims in a Household Move
It never really made sense to me that sims would sell their bathtubs, counters, sinks, fire alarms, lights, and other things. Who does that in real life? So I've made a mod that will make residential lots be lightly furnished when all of the sims in a household are moved into the neighborhood. So when a new family moves in they have the basic necessities. Some things to be aware of, it doesn't work with everything. Nothing from Seasons or Family Fun is included because I don't have Seasons, and I can't get Family Fun to show up in my filetable in simPE. Also, even though I didn't make it available for these things they seem to be included: small kitchen appliances, and table plants only if they are placed on counters. Here is a list of all the things included: Most of the toilets are included, all of the baths and showers, all of the wall mirrors, all of the counters and islands, all of the small alarms, all of the wall lamps, all of the ceiling lights, most of the misc. and outdoor lights, all but one of the stoves are included, all of the dishwashers and trash compactors are included. I wasn't able to get it to work for hot tubs or the Bon Voyage sauna. Things like paintings, sofas, dining tables, TVs, sculptures, and stereos are not included. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Girl's Dorm - No CC - EP, SP Heavy
Well I've been under a lot of pressure lately irl, so much so that I couldn't focus on creating, but one thing that always relaxed me was building, so I decided to build a lot and share. It's a girl's dormitory for use with University EP. This requires All EPs except for Seasons, and Requires all SPs except for H&M Fashion, Glamour Life, both of the Happy Holiday packs or add-ons, and Family Fun. Included are things for fulfilling all skills, and the requirements for college life such as computers and bookshelves. Since this is a dorm, all of the furniture will stay after evict. Also, I've made it so the lights will be turned on when your sim or sims move into the dorm. The only thing I forgot to add was fire alarm and burglar alarms (but it'll give you some much needed excitement to college life if there's a fire or robber, or you can just put them in yourself). It's a one story 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Simple looking, cottagy, and feminine. I hope you enjoy, it was so good to get my mind off of life and just create a lot.
