This is the debug hiking rest area from The Sims 4 Snowy Escape for The Sims 2. You can let your sims go inside, and position them however you want, and you can put objects inside of this as well without the use of a cheat code. The structure is purely decorative, but you can have fun putting whatever objects you want in there. My personal favourite thing to do is to place the campfire object that comes with Bon Voyage, and get sims to hang out around the fire in the rest area. It doesn't have a price in Sims 4 because it's debug, so I picked my own price, 400 simoleons. It's found in decorative/sculpture. Enjoy!
